Microdosing & Norse Mythology
Burning questions? You can already ask them here - we gather and then answer them in the lecture. Or write an email.
"Yesterday evening was really inspiring and you did a great job. I would be happy if you present more plant, mushroom or tree spirits in such detail." - Kristin
For this evening we want to
start with a mini-meditation to connect to the mycelium, so we can relax and dive into the main part about the twin substances and their effects in the body. Then we share experiences and ideas about microdosing. We look at how the fly agaric can accompany us in liminal space and/or awaken our wild nature. After a break with stories from the Otherworld, there will be some more insight into norse mythology, handling and processing. We assume that we will easily fill 2h (tending to more) – so bring coziness and a tea. Afterwards there will be room for questions and free exchange.
Looking forward to meet you – Mela and Raphael.
Disclaimer: Our knowledge so far is based on current studies, learning about the most renowned Facebook group on the subject (in which scientists and book authors also exchange information), as well as self-research based on our own history of illness. This is framed with basic healing practice knowledge.
We work trauma-informed and the talk is embedded in the Operating Ethics of the Total Yoga Nidra Network and the work of Irene Lyon.
